This no-bake brownie recipes is a dessert recipe in in the Jewish Food Hero Cookbook, Kosher Macros. I make it on repeat. I wanted to share it with you before Shabbat in case you want a healthy treat for the weekend.
Yesterday, I made these healthy brownie bites and thought they might be a good recipe for the weekend.
They can be enjoyed at any meal or as a snack. Yesterday, I ate one as part of my breakfast because I woke up wanting something sweet.
The main ingredients in this recipe are: cocoa powder, black beans, peanut butter and rolled oats.
Daily chocolate makes me feel happy and so I eat it everyday.
Enjoying treats everyday is part of my new dietary pattern of eating everything (Kosher) in balance. Even though I am not longer exclusively vegan , I still consume lots of plant based foods and especially enjoy vegan desserts, like this Brownie bites recipe.
