Kosher Macros Cookbook Giveaway...
I know this seems irrelevant with everything that is happening in Israel
Kosher Macros was published in early September and I meant to do this Giveaway then but then the Jewish Holidays took my attention and then the war in Israel happened and it seems irrelevant. I am going ahead with it because our physical and emotional health are important.
To celebrate our health, I am giving away a copy of the cookbook to a newsletter reader.

Kosher Macros: 63 Recipes for Eating Everything (Kosher) for Physical Health and Emotional Balance
In June 2021, after eating a vegetarian/vegan/plant-based diet for 20 plus years, I transitioned to eating a kosher omnivore diet. I changed the way I was eating because I was feeling physically unwell, and my exclusive dietary pattern was creating mental and emotional unease for me. After eating so long within a rigid vegan/vegetarian framework, I had to re-learn how to eat in balance, free from food restrictions, obsessions, and deprivation.
Commonly referred to as “flexible dieting”—allowing you to eat real foods without really depriving your body—Macros dietary plans count the three most common nutrient categories, or macronutrients, that provide you with most of your energy: protein, carbohydrates, and fats. “Macro” is short for macronutrient, and Macros counting reveals where the calories you consume are coming from and how they affect your body.
Kosher Macros offers an array of kosher recipes that are aligned with the Macros diet and have flavor profiles inspired by favorite Jewish recipes. This cookbook will fill a void in that there are currently Macros Cookbooks available but these cookbooks are not appropriate for people who observe the Kosher laws because they include non-kosher foods and mix milk and meat in recipes. In addition, the flavor profiles do not necessarily appeal to Kosher eaters.
Thanks for reading. Stay Safe.
To your health and Inspiration,
Kenden
I'm interested in Kosher Macros because I'm always trying to cook for health, and my husband is diabetic. What a great addition to the genre of Jewish cookbooks!
